This turn-key product is an all-in-one source for capturing Mug Shots, Indexing, Searching and Creating Six Pack Print outs. Images are captured in a standard image format and are available through this application and your Laserfiche® document imaging system..

Mugshot Image Capture:

  • Capabilities to capture images at different sizes/resolutions and formats
  • Preview window of the image(s) that are going to be captured
  • Multiple video inputs: (image capture video card required)
    1. S-video input
    2. Video composite
    3. TV-Tuner
  • Ability to change the location (directories/file names) of captured images
  • Save profiles of common user's settings based on: resolution, file location, file name, or video inputs
  • Load profiles of common user's settings
  • Automatically saves photos to your Laserfiche database.

Indexing:

  • User-friendly interface to add a suspect's description criteria.
  • Drop-down boxes for standardized features such as hair color, race, hair style, hair condition, etc.
  • Keyboard, Tab key, Mouse, Auto-fill Automatically populates index data into Laserfiche templates.
  • Validation to ensure correct information is entered in each field, for example:
  • Height and Weight fields don't contain text, just numbers
  • Auto-calculation of age from DOB entry.

Searching:

  • Ability to search through the database with various criteria based on the user's requirements, i.e.:
    • Eye Color
    • Hair Color
    • and many other criteria to find look-a-like suspects.
  • Previews of each suspect's photo before creating the six pack.
  • User-friendly format, validation, and familiarity as the Index screen.

Six Pack Creator:

  • Displays the final output that serves as an Electronic Line-up.
  • Capable of varying a suspect's mug shot to suit the user's needs:
  • Zoom-in, Zoom-out, Vertical and horizontal scrolling, Drag & Swap to Re-position photos.
  • Printing Options:
    • Six Pack mug shots and suspect's personal information
    • Six Pack mug shots only
    • Suspect's personal information only
  • Saves Six Pack and Index Info to Laserfiche
  • Able to retrieve electronic line-up at a later time in color
